The choice is yours.
This time we had the great pleasure of working with the Local Burger Restaurant located in Crew, near Manchester. We have created the Caribbean flavaa burger to celebrate Black History Month.
Caribbean Flava - The Burger King Of The Month!
Every month Local Burger invents a new burger that is truly unique. All burgers are made with fresh seasonal veggies accompanied by the best selection of specially picked beef, organic chicken or vegan Beyond Burger, so everyone can find the perfect choice for themselves.
This September MAMARIKA & Co introduced our spiciness to create the most flavourful one yet, the WAG-WAN burger. All of our founders (Marika, Klaudia, and Agnes) were in the kitchen with the owners of Local Burger (Bartek and Marek), creating and testing all the flavour combinations.
Inside, you can find our aromatic Sha-Bang sauce based on fresh orange juice, garlic, Cajun, and Old Bay and fresh thyme spices drizzled on crispy chicken filet and sweet fried plantain slices. That's not all, of course, you can crunch into the mango coleslaw with white and red cabbage, coriander, fresh lime juice, avocado white onions, and a splash of mayo (but don't worry, not too much, we are still taking care of your shape).
