When Making a Purchase

1. This website is operated by Mamarika & Co (“we,” “us,” “our,” “Mamarika & Co” or “mamarikaandco.com”). Your use of mamarikaandco.com binds you to these Terms and Conditions. The Terms and Conditions in effect at the time of your order or specific use govern all use and purchases on this website. Please review these terms before each use or order to ensure your understanding of the applicable Terms and Conditions. We will display the date of the most recent update to assist you in this process.

2. We will confirm acceptance of your order either immediately on the website after you confirm your order or by sending a confirmation email to the address you provided. At this juncture, the purchase contract will be established, and we will supply the goods to you in compliance with your order and these Terms and Conditions.

3. By selecting a product 'Subscription' option, you agree to make a minimum of two payments on two separate occasions: the first upon placing your initial Subscription order and the second automatically charged after 30 days from the initial order. These terms are also communicated when a customer selects the Subscription option on the product page, thus confirming the customer's agreement to these terms.

Pricing & Delivery Charges

1. The prices of goods quoted on the website at the time of your order will apply, subject to inadvertent technical errors for which we bear no liability. If you amend your order to include additional items, the prices charged will be those applicable to the new items at the time of amending your order. Please note, that as promotions are time-limited, subsequent amendments to your order may render certain promotions unavailable.

2. Each order may include a different delivery charge based on its weight and size, which will be itemized separately on the delivery confirmation page before your order is finalized. Delivery charges are contingent upon factors such as the value of your order and your delivery address. Orders above one hundred pounds will be delivered for free.

   3. Orders destined for the UAE may be subject to a small customs fee (5% of the value of goods) upon delivery.

Orders & Delivery of your goods 

​

1. It is your responsibility to input the correct shipping address and your details (phone number, email, address Flat no/house no. etc.) when processing your order, as we are unable to modify your order once it is placed.

2. If the provided shipping address is incorrect and the parcel is subsequently returned to our return address, an additional shipping charge will be incurred to resend the parcel.

3. For UK orders, we will usually dispatch your order within 14 days from when you placed the order. However, as we are a small, sustainable business some products take longer to produce and you might have to wait additional time to receive your purchase. In this event, you will be notified via email.

 

Methods of Payment

1. Payment (at the moment ) can be made via bank transfer or PayPal.

2. We accept the debit and credit cards listed on our website at the time of your order.

3. Product prices listed on our website exclude delivery charges, which will be applied during the checkout process unless your order qualifies for free delivery or a valid discount code.
