SHIPPING 

The order processing times are separate from the shipping times seen at checkout. All orders are processed once a week on Wednesday after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive a notification when your order is received and another email confirming your tracking number to check the status of your order.

 

Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

 If you have not received your order within 14 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please email us at mamarikaandco@gmail.com with your name and order number, and one of our team members will be able to assist you.

Please note,  as we are a small, sustainable business some products take longer to produce as all products are made in small batches to ensure their highest quality. 

At times you might have to wait additional time to receive your purchase. In this event, you will be notified via email.

All listed product prices on our website exclude Delivery Charges. 
A Shipping Charge will be applied during checkout unless your order is eligible for free delivery.

Delivery will be made to the address specified during your order process on our website. If the address provided is incorrect, you must notify our team within 30 minutes of this mistake, for us to edit the shipping address. Please email mamarikaandco@gmail.com.

If you would like to change the shipping address on your subscription, you can change this through your account. We reserve the right to restrict deliveries in certain areas, including the right to eliminate certain areas from our delivery options altogether.
